Data, connections and limits are defined before service activation.
Retention of new public demos
New public demos expire after 14 days. Access closes and periodic cleanup removes case contents, MP3s, attachments and call-specific logs. Deletion errors remain reported and require attention. Shared server logs, backups and provider-held copies are managed separately; this rule does not establish their deletion.
Information to complete
The operator must define the controller, request contact, any DPO, purposes, legal bases, processors, transfers, applicable retention periods and rights procedure. This page is not a complete privacy notice and does not collect consent.
Demo data
A case can contain the number, language, transcript, requests, sources, receipts and staff actions. Local testing uses synthetic participants and data with external networking blocked. Access is checked by company, case and role.
MP3 and actual retention
Recording depends on actual enablement. MP3 files have their own states, tracks, gaps and metadata. The owner configures retention; the local worker revokes access before deletion and records the outcome. Deletion is not claimed without an active period and a working process. Copies received in email inboxes require separate handling agreed with recipients.
Reports and recipients
The owner authorizes recipients, expiry dates, schedules and budgets in Reports and recordings. All required MP3 files are attached to numbered emails; late encoding produces supplements. Preparation, SMTP acceptance and delivery with a receipt remain separate. A timeout stays uncertain until reconciliation. Local testing substitutes SMTP and sends no emails.
